In the computer controlled pipe sawing center pipes of d=10-90 mm and wall thickness of 0.5 on can be instantly and automatically sawed and brush deburred.
A material protective and stable bundle warehouse with pipe isolating; fully chained. All contact points are made of wear resistant plastic for surface protection.
High capacity precision saw; air-cooled saw blade; saw head with thrust bearing; length tolerance less than +/- 0.2 mm.
Optimal rod utilization by means of the 2nd length stop, guided material transfer to deburring station and destacking unit for surface protection; high capacity brushes for optimal deburring.
It is possible to have, both in the field of saws and further treatment, even smaller tolerances with even better surface quality. Sawing is possible of all steel and high-quality steel profiles and pipes of up to 90 mm.
Bis können nun noch engere Toleranzen bei besserer Oberflächenqualität eingehalten werden. Bis max. 90 mm können alle Rohre und Profile aus Stahl und Edelstahl gesägt werden.
